While you can print your digital art at home or at local copy centers such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc., the print quality and color accuracy may vary. What kind of paper should I use?

For a most prints, a satin or matte heavyweight paper or cardstock is a perfect budget friendly choice. The links below are paper options available on Amazon:

Are custom sizes available?

We can only provide one resize per listing. For example, If you purchased a gallery set, we provide only one resize for one design in the set. Please contact us prior to purchasing to verify if a resize is possible.

Current turn around time for resize requests is 2-3 business days.

Excludes: Frame TV Art, creating or resizing split panel sets, square artwork

Where can I find picture frames?

At this time, the frames used in our listings are product photos, but we do plan to expand our collection to offer canvas, prints and framed art in the future.

I can't find my download notification email?

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding southernvintageprints@gmail.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. If you are still unable to locate your download notification email, contact us through the website or send us an email.

How do I download my purchased files?

To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download icon. Do not right click and save the image shown on your screen. This only saves a low resolution preview image.

Download each file that you need individually. Do not download entire folders unless you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files.

Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from our cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.

I am having trouble downloading my files, what do I do?

If you are unable to download your files, contact us through the website or send us an email.

Can I use the files for commercial purposes?

Southern Vintage Print artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
